What materials are accepted?

Most non-hazardous materials such as concrete, construction, demolition or renovation debris (roofing, siding, drywall), yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliances, furniture, scrap metal, dirt, sod, rocks, gravel, cement. We can also make special arrangements to dispose of freezers, televisions, computers, etc.

What materials are not accepted?
  • Asbestos, or materials containing asbestos
  • Hazardous waste as described by the Government of bc
  • Paints/ Solvents/ Flammable Liquids
  • Ballast with PCB
  • Household Garbage
  • Electronic Waste
  • Animal or Animal by-product
  • Creosote Treated Wood
  • Pressure Treated Wood (CCA, PCP)
  • Lead Painted Wood
  • Propane Tanks
Is there any paperwork required for my load?
  • Demolition loads must have Haz Mat report clearing it of asbestos and hazardous materials
  • Fire Loads must have proof of sit time (2 weeks prior to dumping)
What sized bin should I get?

We can help you pick a size that is right for you.

How high can I load the bin?

To be cautious of safety, please fill the bin only up to the bin wall. If the load exceeds the height of the bin, extra charges will be applied and the bin will be emptied until the load is safe.

Can I leave the bin on the street?

Some municipalities allow this, some do not. You may wish to contact your local city hall and find out the bylaws regarding this.

How do I pay for this service?

We accept cash, e-transfers, or any major credit card. If paying by credit card, we will pre-authorize the payment, and have it processed only when the work is complete.

How much advanced notice should I give?

1 or 2 business days is usually fine, however the more notice, the better, especially around weekends and holidays.
